This is my list of OAI tools. In the beginning I will only post links, but as I go and learn about more about them, I will describe them a bit more:

Java

PHP4

  An implementation in PHP of the OAI V2 Data-Provider is available here. The "Original" from Heinrich Stamerjohanns.  PHP4 only!
• OAIbiblio

  OAIbiblio is a data provider implementation of the OAI-PMH, version 2.0. This toolkit can be easily customized to communicate with an already existing, multi-table MySQL database. Is based on the script Stamerjohanns, supports only PHP4, but also multiple tables.
• The "Open Archives Initiative" Project at Humboldt-University http://edoc.hu-berlin.de/oai/  Script for the data provider of HU Berlin. Based on the original script of Stamerjohanns, only PHP4!

PHP5

• OOPMH! OAI-PMH Data Provider

  OOPMH! is a OAI-PMH 2.0 data provider written in PHP and designed to be easily adaptable to any database schema. Is based on the script of Stamerjohanns, but supports PHP5 and multiple tables!
• oai-pear 0.4.1

  OAI-pear is a PHP class library for the Open Archives Initiative Protocol Metadata Harvesting. This library provides a Server (= Repository) as well as a Client (= Harvester) interface. This package is conformant to and makes use of PEAR classes. no  longer contained in the PEAR package, apparently.

XSLT

• OAI2 to HTML XSLT Style Sheet

  An XSLT file which converts OAI-PMH  to XHTML has been developed as part of the EPrints project.
